Welcome to RadOS, a white label platform operated by Monteshed LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Digital Radule ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use RadOS and any associated services, courses, and digital products delivered through this platform.

By accessing or using RadOS you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

RadOS is a white label platform built on System.io technology. System.io is our platform provider and data processor. Their privacy policy is available at systeme.io/privacy-policy.

3. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following personal data when you register, purchase, or interact with RadOS:

Data you provide directly:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (where provided)

  • Billing address

  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details directly.

  • Profile information you add to your account

  • Content you create, upload, or share inside the platform

  • Messages sent through platform communication features

Data collected automatically:

  • IP address

  • Browser type and version

  • Device type and operating system

  • Pages visited and time spent on them

  • Login times and activity patterns

Stripe Our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment transactions securely. We receive only transaction confirmation and basic billing details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Email service providers We use email platforms to send transactional and marketing communications. These providers process your name and email address on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

Analytics providers We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand platform usage. These tools collect anonymised usage data only.

Legal requirements We may disclose your data where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

We will never share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

RadOS is operated by Monteshed LLC, a Wyoming USA company. Our platform data is processed by System.io and stored on Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland within the European Union.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, your data is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the services you have purchased

  • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations

  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it so it cannot be reconstructed or retrieved.

  • Encrypted data storage via System.io and AWS infrastructure

  • Secure HTTPS connections across the platform

  • Access controls limiting who can view your data internally

  • Regular security reviews of our platform provider

No system is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

12. THIRD PARTY LINKS

RadOS may contain links to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party sites you visit.

13. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may send you marketing communications about our products and services where you have opted in or made a purchase from us.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect transactional emails related to your account or purchases.
