1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to RadOS, a white label digital platform operated by Monteshed LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Digital Radule ("we", "us", "our", "Company").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RadOS platform, including all courses, digital products, memberships, coaching programmes, communities, and services delivered through it ("Services").

By registering for an account, purchasing any product or service, or accessing any content on RadOS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use RadOS.

2. ABOUT RADOS

RadOS is a white label platform built on System.io technology, operated exclusively by Monteshed LLC under the Digital Radule brand. System.io is our platform provider and technology partner. Your contractual relationship is with Monteshed LLC — not with System.io.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use RadOS you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law

By using RadOS you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Creating your account To access RadOS you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and any other information requested during registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

Account security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.

Account termination by you You may close your account at any time by contacting us at students@radulevucetic.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

Account termination by us We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to other users or the platform.

5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

RadOS delivers the following types of products and services:

Digital courses Self-study video courses with lifetime access to the purchased version. Course content may be updated or modified at our discretion. Where significant changes are made, enrolled users will be notified.

Memberships Monthly recurring memberships providing access to live sessions, community features, coaching calls, and additional content. Membership benefits are described at the point of purchase.

Digital downloads PDF guides, templates, checklists, workbooks, and other downloadable digital content. Delivered immediately upon confirmed payment.

PLR and MRR products Where a product is specifically sold as Private Label Rights or Master Resell Rights, the specific licence accompanying that product governs permitted use. General RadOS content does not carry PLR or MRR rights unless explicitly stated.

Live coaching and hot seats Where included in a membership or programme, live sessions are conducted via Zoom or equivalent platform. Sessions are recorded where possible but recordings are not guaranteed for every session.

Community access Where included, community access is provided via Skool, Telegram, or equivalent platform subject to community conduct rules set out in Article 10 below.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing All prices are displayed at checkout in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. We accept payment methods as indicated on our checkout pages.

Payment plans Where a payment plan is offered you authorise Monteshed LLC to charge each instalment on the agreed schedule. Failure to complete instalment payments does not entitle you to retain access to purchased products or services. Access may be suspended until payment is brought up to date.

Recurring billing Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis. By enrolling you authorise Monteshed LLC to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel. You will be notified of any changes to your billing amount before they take effect.

Failed payments If a payment fails we will attempt to notify you by email. Access to the platform may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

7. REFUND POLICY

Digital products and courses All sales of digital products and courses are final. Due to the immediate digital nature of our products — where access is granted upon payment — we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and access has been provided.

Memberships No refunds are provided for membership fees once a billing period has commenced and access has been granted for that period. You may cancel future renewals at any time in accordance with Article 8 below.

Payment plans Entering a payment plan does not create a right to a refund of instalments already paid. If you wish to discontinue a payment plan please contact us at hello@digitalradule.com

Exceptions We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not create a precedent or obligation to provide future refunds.

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your account and pursue recovery of amounts disputed in bad faith.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership cancellation You may cancel your RadOS membership at any time. Cancellation must be submitted at least 3 days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period.

To cancel contact us at hello@digitalradule.com with your account email and cancellation request. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.

Following cancellation you will retain access to the membership until the end of the current paid period. After that your access will be downgraded or removed.

Course access Cancelling a membership does not affect lifetime access to any standalone course purchases made separately.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENCE

Our content All content on RadOS — including course videos, written materials, frameworks, scripts, templates, tools, graphics, branding, and community content — is the intellectual property of Monteshed LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Your licence Upon purchase you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the content solely for your own personal or business development. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Share your account or login credentials with any other person

  • Record, download, or screen-capture course content for any purpose

  • Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content in any format

  • Resell, repackage, or present our proprietary frameworks or content as your own

  • Use our content to create competing products or services without prior written authorisation

PLR and MRR exceptions Where a product is explicitly sold with Private Label Rights or Master Resell Rights the specific licence terms accompanying that product govern what you may and may not do with it.

Your content Any content you create, upload, or share on the RadOS platform remains your property. By uploading content you grant Monteshed LLC a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

10. ANTI-PIRACY POLICY

Prohibited actions The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

  • Sharing your login credentials with any other person

  • Recording, downloading, or screen-capturing course content for distribution

  • Sharing, uploading, or distributing course materials in any format outside the platform

  • Reselling or repackaging our proprietary content or frameworks as your own

  • Using automated tools to access, scrape, or download platform content

Consequences Any breach of this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to RadOS with no refund. Monteshed LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action under applicable United States federal and state law and international intellectual property law for any unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of our content.

Reporting If you become aware of any unauthorised use or distribution of RadOS content please report it immediately to hello@digitalradule.com

11. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Where your RadOS membership or programme includes access to a community — whether on Skool, Telegram, or any other platform — you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and constructively at all times.

You must not:

  • Post abusive, offensive, or disrespectful content toward other members or team members

  • Engage in spam, unsolicited self-promotion, or solicitation without permission

  • Share other members' personal information without their explicit consent

  • Post content that is discriminatory, harmful, or illegal

  • Disrupt the learning or community environment in any way

  • Promote competing products or services without prior written permission

Consequences Violation of community conduct rules may result in immediate removal from the community and termination of your membership without notice or refund.

12. INCOME AND RESULTS DISCLAIMER

No guarantee of results Monteshed LLC makes no guarantee of specific income, revenue, follower growth, sales, or any other result from the use of any course, membership, coaching programme, or digital product delivered through RadOS.

Individual results vary Results shared by Rad Vucetic or students of Digital Radule are individual examples and are not typical. Your results will depend on many factors outside our control including your effort, consistency, experience, market conditions, starting point, and time invested.

Not financial or legal advice Nothing on RadOS constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Always seek independent professional advice for your specific circumstances.

Effort required Building a legitimate online business requires consistent effort, dedication, time, and a willingness to learn. Anyone claiming otherwise is misleading you.

Disclaimer on all content All content produced through RadOS — including courses, live sessions, emails, and community content — is for educational purposes only. Results vary. Always conduct your own due diligence before making any business or financial decisions.

13. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Uptime We aim to maintain RadOS as a reliable and available platform. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to the platform We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of RadOS at any time. Where significant changes affect paid users we will provide reasonable notice.

Third party platforms RadOS relies on third party services including System.io, Stripe, Skool, and Telegram. We are not responsible for disruptions to these services. Disruption to a third party platform does not entitle you to a refund.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No consequential damages To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monteshed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use RadOS.

Maximum liability In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

No warranty RadOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Monteshed LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of RadOS, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

16. PRIVACY

Your use of RadOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at www.digitalradule.com/rados-privacy-policy. By using RadOS you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Where changes are material we will notify you by email or by prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of RadOS after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the RadOS Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms communicated at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monteshed LLC regarding your use of RadOS and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
